Our Finance coaching packages will educate, enable and empower you to take your business to the next level. There's no monthly subscription and no long-term commitment, you can book a specific number of days (up to three days) and we work with you to get to know your business, understand your goals and plans, and then enable you to achieve them.

- You'll have a greater understanding of your year end accounts and financial reports, enabling you to make better decisions and maximise your profit
Accounting Concepts & Strategy
- Spend a whole day focusing on the fundamentals of financial control and begin to build your own business strategy
- Armed with the new concepts you've learned and a deeper understanding of financial policies, you will be able to start building a strategy for growth
Establish Control
- Use the strategy defined in day one to build the models required to take control of your business
- Using your new strategic outlook, you will develop the models and processes required to measure your performance in line with your strategy and start making more effective data-driven decisions

- Take your strategy to the next level by learning how to assess your economic viability and scale up your business
- After day 3, you will have all the tools required to set benchmarks, measure your performance against those benchmarks and start looking further into the future to safeguard your business against external threats
